RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a new Soar Sports Hoop (“Soar Hoop”), Soar Sports basketball equipment (“Soar Equipment”) or Soar Sports Apparel (“Soar Apparel”), you can request a return based on the below policies.

RETURN POLICY FOR SOAR HOOPS

If you’re not satisfied with your Soar Sports Hoops (“Soar Hoop”) purchase, we offer returns for a refund within 15 days of delivery of your product, as long as the following eligibility criteria is met:

This return policy applies only to products purchased on Soarbb.com.

The product must be unused, undamaged, unopened & still in its original packaging (boxes, cardboard, foam, etc fully intact).

Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery by emailing us at assist@soarbb.com for a return authorization number. Once approved, a return authorization number will be issued with directions on how to return.

Because of the size and weight of our Soar Hoops, the Customer is responsible for return shipping fees/costs, and all shipping fees/costs incurred by Soar Sports for the initial shipment to the Customer. Soar’s “Free shipping” only applies when the Customer keeps the merchandise.

Returns will be charged a $200 restocking fee for the cost of warehouse handling & labor associated with the return, which will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

A copy of the packing slip or original receipt must accompany all returns. We reserve the right not to accept returns that do not have a return authorization number or are not accompanied by packing slip or original receipt.

All sales are final for any replacement parts.

Soar Sports will refund the purchase price (minus 20% re-stocking fee & freight charges) to the credit card used to make the original purchase only.

Soar Sports does not offer returns on Soar Hoops purchased outside of Soarbb.com. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

RETURN POLICY FOR SOAR APPAREL

You may return new, unworn items, in original packaging &/or with tags for store credit for the total amount you paid for the items within 30 days from the date of purchase. No adjustments are made. If an item was bought with a discount, the discounted price is refunded.

To start a return please email us at assist@soarbb.com.

If you need a different size, you will need to place a new order for the correct size (you may use the store credit for this, we will not send a new item)

Please note that a return handling fee of $9.99 applies. This fee covers the cost of warehouse handling and the labor cost of inspecting the item.

I received the wrong product, how can I return it?

Please email us at assist@soarbb.com with your order number, a picture of the incorrect item(s) you received and packing slip. We will get back to you asap!
