Site Assessment

We scope your driveway and call 811 to mark utilities before anyone digs. Safe ground, right placement, no guesswork.

Foundation Pour

Anchor sleeve set to spec. We bring the concrete — fourteen 80lb bags — and pour the footing your hoop stands on for the next decade.

Full Build

Pole, arm, backboard, rim, net. Every component assembled and torqued to factory spec by a certified installer who's done it a hundred times.

Height & Level

Rim set to a true 10 feet. Plumb checked, level confirmed, adjustment system tested before the crew steps back.

Clean Sweep

Packaging, pallet, foam — gone. We haul it all out and leave the court clean and ready to run.

Final Walkthrough

Your installer walks you through the adjustment system and care basics, then documents a full safety check before signing off.

Learn more here: SOAR Hoop Installation. From order to delivery, we have a streamlined process for setting up & performing the installation.

Immediately following purchase, you will be sent an email with detailed step-by-step delivery and installation plans. You will receive a quick online questionnaire which provides us with necessary information around the desired installation. This kickstarts the delivery + install process.

We will provide installation dates for you to choose from & a calendar invite will be sent. You will also choose the location you want your hoop.

Then, we do the heavy lifting. We call 811 to ensure a safe dig; we deliver the hoop; we buy + bring the materials; we perform the build and we provide a safety inspection before leaving.

We ship everywhere in the contiguous United States. We are working hard to set up Hawaii & Alaska but we aren’t quite set up yet—stay tuned. Check our serviceable installation ZIP codes to confirm we can install where you are.

Yes, but we highly recommend against it. These systems are pro-grade and heavy-duty. For safety and top performance, installation is always handled by our certified pros. They’ll deliver, anchor, level, and dial in your hoop so it’s game-ready from day one.

It is important to plan your court. Read our Soar Court Planning Guide.

Make sure you have enough room to play. A couple important dimensions:

  • The free throw line is always 15 feet from the backboard.
  • The key (free throw lane) is 16 feet wide in the NBA and FIBA, and 12 feet wide in college, high school, and junior high.
  • The three-point line from basket to arc measures: 19.75 feet in high school; 20.75 feet in NCAA; 21.65 feet to 22.15 feet in WNBA and FIBA; and 22 feet to 23.75 feet in NBA.

Make sure there is 24 inches behind the pole so you have room to adjust the height.

The 72″ Pro Hoop has a 48″ court overhang. The 54″ Pro Hoop + 60″ Pro Hoop have a 36″ court overhang.

Absolutely. If you move, the SOAR hoop can move with you.

The SOAR hoops have the option to unbolt and move with you to a new location. The new location will simply need a new anchor & then your SOAR hoop can be installed on the new anchor.
