When will my order ship and arrive?

APPAREL

SOAR ships Monday-Friday. Orders over $100 ship for FREE.

Embroidered Items ship in 10-14 days from order placing from our US based factory.

Printed Items ship in 5-7 days from order placing from our US based factory.

If you ordered multiple items, they may ship & arrive in separate boxes due to being manufactured in different factories.

HOOPS

SOAR Hoops are currently Pre-Order. When you place a pre-order, your payment method will be charged at checkout. By completing a pre-order, you agree to this upfront charge.

Estimated Ship Date of Pre-Order:  To ensure this information is known at time of order, the estimated Ship Date of the Pre-Order item will be listed in multiple places:

1. On the Product Purchase Page in multiple spots 1) The Hoop Size Indicator + 2) In the Add To Cart button

2. In your Shopping Cart

3. On the Order Checkout Page

Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with the estimated ship date.  

This date is an estimation of when your product will ship from our warehouse. This is the date that we believe your order will ship; we are using the best available information at the time of order —your order may ship earlier or slightly later. Timing may shift based on production schedules, supplier availability, or unexpected delays.

If anything changes, we’ll keep you updated so you always know where your Hoop stands. Your hoop is worth the wait — and we’re working to get it to you as fast as possible.
