Orders & Billing
Can I change my order, including ship to address?
Changes to orders may be possible up until fulfillment begins; however, they are not guaranteed once the order is confirmed. Any requests made after confirmation are subject to availability and processing status. SOAR is not responsible if those changes cannot be accommodated. Email assist@soarbb.com as soon as possible if you’d like to update your shipping address
How do I check the status of my order?
You can view your order status on your account page, which will be updated when your order ships.
I didn’t receive my order confirmation email.
First, check your spam folder and verify that your email address was entered correctly. If you have a pending charge or no confirmation, email your name, address, and order details to assist@saorbb.com so we can look into it.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards. We also accept Google Pay and Apple Pay! Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
What can I do if my payment is declined?
Double-check that your billing info (security code, address) is accurate and your card isn’t expired. If everything looks right, contact your card issuer–sometimes fraud protection flags big purchases. If the issue persists, email assist@soarbb.com and we’ll help you resolve it.

Where Does SOAR ship?
We ship everywhere in the contiguous United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Great news! SOAR offers free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Apparel can ship to PO Boxes. Hoops and equipment can not ship to PO Boxes. Trust us, you don’t want to carry the hoop home!
I ordered Apparel, when will it arrive?
Unless otherwise noted on the product order page, Apparel is shipped within 2-5 days from when the order is placed. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location.
Hoop Shipping + Installation
What is the delivery and installation process like?
Learn more here: SOAR Hoop Installation. From order to delivery, we have a streamlined process for setting up & performing the installation.
Immediately following purchase, you will be sent a email with detailed step-by-step delivery and installation plans. You will receive a quick online questionnaire which provides us with necessary information around the desired installation. This kickstarts the delivery + install process.
We will provide installation dates for you to choose from & a calendar invite will be sent. You will also choose the location you want your hoop.
Then, we do the heavy lifting. We call 811 to ensure a safe dig; we deliver the hoop; we buy + bring the materials; we perform the build and we provide a safety inspection before leaving.
Can I install a SOAR Hoop myself?
Yes, but we highly recommend against it. These systems are pro-grade and heavy-duty. For safety and top performance, installation is always handled by our certified pros. They’ll deliver, anchor, level, and dial in your hoop so it’s game-ready from day one.
How do I pick the best spot for my Hoop
It is important to plan your court. Read our Soar Court Planning Guide
Make sure you have enough room to play. A couple important dimensions::
The free throw line is always 15 feet from the backboard.
The key (free throw lane) is 16 feet wide in the NBA and FIBA, and 12 feet wide in college, high school, and junior high.
The three-point line from basket to arc measures: 19.75 feet in high school; 20.75 feet in NCAA, 21.65 feet to 22.15 feet in WNBA and FIBA, and 22 feet to 23.75 feet in NBA.
Make sure there is 24 inches behind the pole so you have room to adjust the height.
The 72” Pro Hoop has a 48” court overhang. The 54” Pro Hoop + 60” Pro Hoop have a 36” court overhang.
How long after install can I play on my SOAR hoop?
No waiting. Once it’s installed by a professional—you’re cleared to hoop. Game on.
Can my SOAR hoop be re-installed if I move?
Absolutely. If you move, the SOAR hoop can move with you.
The Soar hoops have the option to unbolt and move with you to a new location. The new location will simply need a new anchor & then your Soar hoop can be installed on the new anchor.
Finance + Installment Payments
Are there any additional costs to finance my purchase?
For biweekly installment orders (two or four payments), there are no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees.
For monthly installment orders, interest rates from 6 to 36% APR apply.
Does paying with Shop Pay installments impact my credit score?
There is NO impact if paying in four biweekly installments.
There could be possible impact if you’re paying in monthly installments and payments are late.
Can I purchase gift cards using Shop Pay Installments?
No, you can not purchase SOAR gift cards using finance options.
What happens if I return an item paid with Shop Pay Installments?
Please check our return policy. Refunds adjust the remaining payment balance or future payments. Paid interest on monthly payments is not refunded.
Are there late fees + what if I miss an installment payment?
There are NO late fees for missed payments, but missing payments may affect your credit eligibility.

How do I indicate my size for SOAR Apparel?
To view size charts and measurement directions, please visit the “Size Guide” link on each product description page. Each chart provides measurements in inches, measured on a flat surface.
My size isn’t available on the website. Will you restock?
Depends on the product. Many of our products are offered on a first come, first serve basis. Most product offerings will unfortunately not be restocked. Make sure you join our mailing list so you are in the know on all our future drops.

What’s the difference between the SOAR 54” Pro Hoop, 60” Pro Hoop + 72” Pro Hoop?
The only difference between the 54” Pro Hoop, 60” Pro Hoop + 72” Pro Hoop is the Backboard Size.
The 72” Pro Hoop is the official size–NBA/WNBA/College size– the same size you use in a Gym.

Tell me everything about the adjustable 5’-10’ height range.
Adjust from 5’ up to 10’(regulation height). One hoop for every level of the game.
Height Adjust includes 2 safety features:
7.5 Safety Stop must be removed to lower hoop from 7.5’ to 5’
Height Adjust Pin Lock secures the Height Adjust.
If you don’t want the height adjusted, simply pop off the handle and insert the Height Adjust Pin Lock to keep to set your height.

Can I exchange a product?
Yes—exchanges are allowed within 30 days of delivery under the same conditions as returns (unused, original packaging, email for authorization). Once we receive the returned item, we’ll issue a full refund minus a restocking fee, which will be credited back when you place a replacement order. No fee applies if the replacement is ordered before we receive the return.
I ordered the wrong product. How can I return it?
