Hoops- Soars Lifetime Warranty
This consumer warranty extends to the original consumer purchase of the Soar Sports Hoops (hereinafter referred to as the "Product").
THE SOAR SPORTS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY COVERAGE IS EXTENDED ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASER AND TERMINATES IF THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASER OTHERWISE TRANSFERS OR SELLS THE PRODUCT. THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DAMAGED BY IMPROPER SERVICE, NEGLIGENCE, ACCIDENT, UNREASONABLE USE, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, OR OTHER CAUSES NOT RESULTING FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP.
Subject to proper installation in accordance with the installation instructions; normal residential use; normal basketball related activities; and has been maintained in agreement with the instructions, Soar Sports warrants, subject to the limitations below, to the original Retail Purchaser all structural components of the Soar Sports basketball equipment to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the duration of ownership by the original Retail Purchaser.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
Proof of purchase by the original retail Consumer Purchaser is required for all warranty claims. SOAR SPORTS, LLC reserves the right to examine physical evidence or photographs of the Product, or component parts, claimed to be defective, and to recover said Product, prior to authorizing a warranty claim. If applicable, a “Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA) number will be required prior to shipping damaged Product by original retail Consumer Purchaser with freight prepaid. Any labor costs, travel expenses and any other changes involved in the removal, installation or replacement of the defective/repaired parts from/to your Soar Sports basketball equipment will be the purchaser's responsibility. Shipping charges for replaced or warranted merchandise sent back to the customer from Soar Sports must be prepaid by the customer in advance. If not, the replacement shipment will be sent out collect.
This limited lifetime warranty is expressly in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for use. Soar Sports does not assume or authorize any person or representative to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.
The remedy of repair or replacement stated above is Soar Sports exclusive remedy. Soar Sports will not be liable for any other damages or expenses which may incur, including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages. Soar Sports assumes no other obligations or liability on the part of the purchaser, and Soar Sports neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any other liability in connection with the goods sold.
This warranty shall not apply in any manner to parts or accessories not manufactured or supplied by Soar Sports.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:
This warranty shall not apply to any Product which has been subjected to misuse, abuse, abnormal use, negligence, alteration, accident, improper installation, vandalism, or fire.
Paint, rusted parts, surface scratches, noise, fading, discoloration, or cracks that do not affect the functionality of the Product.
Rims are not warranted for any defects other than workmanship. Torn back plates, damaged springs, bent rings, damaged eyebolts, and torn or distorted rim supports resulting from hanging on the rim are not warranted.
Pole padding, backboard padding, glass backboard, or the net attached to the rim.
Damage or deterioration due to time or normal wear and tear.
Damage due to “Acts of God”, include, but are not limited to, such things as flooding, tornadoes, hail, lightning, sand storms, wind storms, or earthquakes.
Damage due to “Environmental Factors”, include, but are not limited to, such things as airborne fallout, chemicals, ocean spray, or wind borne sand.
Shipping charges both ways. Note: Any merchandise shipped to Soar Sports collect will be refused.
Dealer service charges, labor charges and travel expenses associated with replacement or repair of warranty items.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS:
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF THIS SALE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION. SOAR SPORTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL COSTS, EXPENSES OR DAMAGES INCURRED BY THE CONSUMER OF ANY OTHER USE.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.

Soar's Backboard Protection Warranty
With the Soar Backboard Protection Warranty, we will replace one backboard free-of-charge when you buy a Soar basketball hoop system. Installation and shipping costs are not included.
Please read the details and restrictions below.
The Soar Backboard Protection Warranty coverage extends only to the Original Retail Purchaser and includes a one-time replacement of The Backboard (the “Product”).
This applies for only residential usage applications of the following models:
SBPR54
SBPR60
SBPR72
The Soar Backboard Protection Warranty is extended only to the Original Retail Purchaser when purchasing a complete basketball system for residential usage applications if purchased directly from www.soarbb.com.
The Soar Backboard Protection Warranty is only valid with the submission of the original purchase receipt purchased from www.soarbb.com.
The Soar Backboard Protection Warranty terminates if the original retail purchaser otherwise transfers or sells the product.
"Residential Use” is defined as an installation location for private use at a single residential home such as a private residential driveway, or private residential backyard court.
Soar Backboard Protection Warranty plan does not cover the following:
Installation and shipping costs are not included.
Replacement parts are excluded from this coverage.
Dealer service charges, labor charges, or travel expenses. All labor costs, travel expenses, and other charges involved in the installation, inspection, service, or replacement of the Product.
Commercial use of the Product such as public parks, public common areas, recreation centers, HOA facilities, locations by membership, and other non-private installation locations.
Natural disasters such as a tornado, hurricane, earthquake, etc.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
Proof of purchase by the original Retail Purchaser is required for all warranty claims of the Soar Backboard Protection Warranty. This is needed to validate the original purchase was made directly from www.soarbb.com, occurred during the advertised offering of the Soar Backboard Protection Warranty, and was included as part of the purchase. Soar Sports, LLC reserves the right to examine physical evidence or photographs of the Product, or component parts, claimed to be defective, and to recover said Product, prior to authorizing a warranty claim.
This Warranty is made expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and all other obligations on the part of Soar Sports, LLC provided, however, that if the disclaimer of implied warranties is effective under applicable law, the duration of any implied warranties arising by operation of law shall be limited to one (1) year from the date of purchase or such longer period as may be required by applicable law.
Soar Sports, LLC hereby disclaims any and all liability for consequential and incidental damages arising out of or in connection with any breach of this warranty or any other claim with respect to this product, including but not limited to, claims of negligence, strict liability in tort or breach of contract some states do not allow (a) limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or (b) the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

Equipment
For product purchased on soarbb.com, Soar Sports LLC warrants that the products sold to be free of defects in materials and workmanship and to be in perfect working order at the time of purchase. If any part(s) is damaged or defective at time of receipt, SOAR will replace that specific part(s).
SOAR offers a free Limited Lifetime Warranty on SOAR products with proof of purchase to the original owner. The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and any failure of moving parts under normal use. If the product should become defective for these reasons during your ownership, SOAR will replace the product once it is returned to SOAR.
This limited lifetime warranty does not apply to any damage caused by modification, accident, abuse or misuse of the product. This limited lifetime warranty does not apply to the below:
Vandalism, abuse/neglect, or use of the mailbox or package box for unintended purposes;
Surface rust, fading, corrosion or exposure to the outdoors or environmental pollution, including salt air, road salt and sprinklers;
Damage to the paint that could lead to surface rust damage (e.g., stone chips, scratches, installation errors or improper chemicals being applied to the paint);
Acts of nature, improper use, faulty installation, or alteration or modification to the products that could be reasonably expected to affect the performance of the structural and finish components;
Use of the products with other items that are not compatible with, or adversely affect, the products; and/or
We will evaluate each Warranty claim on a case by case basis, so please contact us at assist@soarbb.com if you have any questions or concerns about your SOAR product.
There are no other warranties other than those expressly set forth within.
Apparel
SOAR does not offer a general warranty on apparel. If customers receive a defective or incorrect item, it must be reported within 3 days of delivery by contacting assist@soarbb.com. Each case will be reviewed and handled accordingly.
