This consumer warranty extends to the original consumer purchase of any Soar Sports Product (the "Product").

Subject to proper installation in accordance with the installation instructions, normal residential use, normal basketball-related activities, and maintenance in agreement with the instructions, Soar Sports warrants — subject to the limitations below — to the original Retail Purchaser that all structural components of the Soar Sports basketball equipment are free of defects in material and workmanship for the duration of ownership by the original Retail Purchaser.

Coverage is extended only to the original retail purchaser and terminates if the purchaser transfers or sells the Product. This warranty is void if the Product has been damaged by improper service, negligence, accident, unreasonable use, improper installation, or other causes not resulting from defects in material and workmanship.

Warranty Claims

Proof of purchase by the original retail Consumer Purchaser is required for all warranty claims. SOAR Sports, LLC reserves the right to examine physical evidence or photographs of the Product, or component parts, claimed to be defective, and to recover said Product prior to authorizing a warranty claim. If applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be required prior to shipping damaged Product, freight prepaid. Any labor costs, travel expenses, and other charges involved in the removal, installation, or replacement of defective/repaired parts are the purchaser's responsibility.

This limited lifetime warranty is expressly in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for use. The remedy of repair or replacement stated above is Soar Sports' exclusive remedy. This warranty does not apply to parts or accessories not manufactured or supplied by Soar Sports.

What It Does Not Cover

• Any Product subjected to misuse, abuse, abnormal use, negligence, alteration, accident, improper installation, vandalism, or fire.
• Paint, rusted parts, surface scratches, noise, fading, discoloration, or cracks that do not affect functionality.
• Rims are not warranted for any defects other than workmanship. Torn back plates, damaged springs, bent rings, damaged eyebolts, and torn or distorted rim supports resulting from hanging on the rim are not warranted.
• Pole padding, backboard padding, glass backboard, or the net attached to the rim.
• Damage or deterioration due to time or normal wear and tear.
• Damage due to "Acts of God" — flooding, tornadoes, hail, lightning, sand storms, wind storms, or earthquakes.
• Damage due to "Environmental Factors" — airborne fallout, chemicals, ocean spray, or wind-borne sand.
• Shipping charges both ways. Any merchandise shipped to Soar Sports collect will be refused.
• Dealer service charges, labor charges, and travel expenses associated with replacement or repair of warranty items.

Any implied warranties arising out of this sale are limited in duration. Soar Sports shall not be liable for loss of use or other consequential or incidental costs, expenses, or damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or consequential/incidental damages, so the above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

With the Soar Backboard Protection Warranty, we will replace one backboard free of charge when you buy a Soar basketball hoop system. Installation and shipping costs are not included.

Coverage extends only to the Original Retail Purchaser and includes a one-time replacement of the Backboard (the "Product"). This applies only to residential usage applications of the following models:

• SBPR54
• SBPR60
• SBPR72

The warranty is extended only to the Original Retail Purchaser when purchasing a complete basketball system for residential use, if purchased directly from soarbb.com, and is only valid with submission of the original purchase receipt. It terminates if the original retail purchaser transfers or sells the product. "Residential Use" means an installation location for private use at a single residential home, such as a private residential driveway or backyard court.

What It Does Not Cover

• Installation and shipping costs.
• Replacement parts.
• Dealer service charges, labor charges, or travel expenses involved in installation, inspection, service, or replacement.
• Commercial use — public parks, common areas, recreation centers, HOA facilities, membership locations, and other non-private installations.
• Natural disasters such as tornado, hurricane, earthquake, etc.

This warranty is made expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Soar Sports, LLC disclaims liability for consequential and incidental damages. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental/consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. For products purchased on soarbb.com, SOAR Sports LLC warrants that the products sold are free of defects in materials and workmanship and in perfect working order at the time of purchase. If any part(s) is damaged or defective at the time of receipt, SOAR will replace that specific part(s).

SOAR offers a free Limited Lifetime Warranty on SOAR products with proof of purchase to the original owner. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and any failure of moving parts under normal use. If the product becomes defective for these reasons during your ownership, SOAR will replace the product once it is returned to SOAR.

This limited lifetime warranty does not apply to damage caused by modification, accident, abuse, or misuse of the product, and does not apply to the below:

• Vandalism, abuse/neglect, or use of the product for unintended purposes.
• Surface rust, fading, corrosion, or exposure to the outdoors or environmental pollution, including salt air, road salt, and sprinklers.
• Damage to the paint that could lead to surface rust (e.g., stone chips, scratches, installation errors, or improper chemicals applied to the paint).
• Acts of nature, improper use, faulty installation, or alteration/modification that could reasonably be expected to affect performance of the structural and finish components.
• Use of the products with other items that are not compatible with, or adversely affect, the products.

We evaluate each warranty claim on a case-by-case basis — please contact assist@soarbb.com with any questions or concerns about your SOAR product. There are no other warranties other than those expressly set forth within.

SOAR does not offer a general warranty on apparel. If customers receive a defective or incorrect item, it must be reported within 3 days of delivery by contacting assist@soarbb.com. Each case will be reviewed and handled accordingly.
